This is what you need in order for the radio to work in the toolbar:
- Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Vista
- Javascript must be enabled in your browser.
- Cookies must be enabled in your browser.
- Most radio stations require Windows Media Player version 7.0 (or above) installed on the computer.
Get Windows Media Player
- Some stations require RealPlayer installed on the computer.
- Firefox users need to install the Media Player ActiveX.
How to enable JavaScript in your browser:

- Open the "Tools" menu and click on "Internet Options"
- Go to the "Security" tab
- Click on the "Custom Level..." button
- Scroll down to the "Scripting"section and make sure
that under "Active scripting" "Enable" is selected.
- Click "Ok" and restart the browser

- Click on the "Web Features" button
- Make sure that "Enable JavaScript" is checked.
- Click "Ok" and reload the current page.

cookie settings (if it's disabled then you already have

ActiveX Installation for Firefox
If you are experiencing problems with the radio in Firefox
then you may be missing the Windows Media Player ActiveX plugin for Firefox.
To install the missing ActiveX plugin just download
this installation file,
close all open Firefox windows,run the installation file, and follow the instructions there.

If you can play both the audio and video players, then the ActiveX and Windows Media Player plugins are installed correctly.

3. Update your registry: |
- Click on the following link and save it to your desktop: wmp9.reg
- When it has downloaded, double-click it.
A pop-up will ask if you want to add the information in it to the registry - click Yes.
- This applies a registry patch that solves a problem where Firefox will try to use an older version of the WMP
plugin (6.4) instead of the actual version.

Why doesn't a station work?
If the radio doesn't work at all check that you have the latest version of Windows Media Player installed. Some third party software, like a firewall or anti-virus, can cause the toolbar radio to malfunction.
If you are experiencing weird behavior with the radio and have some kind of software like this installed then please try to disable it, refresh the toolbar, and see if it solves the problem.
